Crofters Commission Corporate Plan and Financial Memorandum

The Corporate Plan is a formal document, produced by the Crofters Commission and approved by Scottish Government. It sets out the Crofters Commission programme for the next three years, from April 2011 to March 2014.

The Management Statement/Financial Memorandum sets out a variety of internal governance & procedural arrangements. It is agreed with the Scottish Government and is subject to ongoing revision.
